Dr. Agomo is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who specializes in diseases of the eye and reconstructive surgery. He provides ophthalmological services including comprehensive eye exams, cataract surgery, glaucoma screening and treatment, diabetic eye exams, diabetic and glaucoma laser surgery, and dry eye exams.
Dr. Agomo graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston, and completed his residency in ophthalmology at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
Prior to that, Dr. Agomo earned a bachelor of science in nursing, also from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. He worked locally as an RN in the emergency room and even managed to fit in some shifts while attending medical school. Dr. Agomo is a member of the Harris County Medical Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
When Dr. Agomo is not caring for his patients he enjoys medical mission work and has been a member of several mission groups providing care to people in Belize and the Dominican Republic. To relax, Dr. Agomo enjoys traveling and particularly enjoys it if fishing can be included.
